Interesting comment...

This quote comes from a peer review of a manuscript that I helped coauthor. The lead author of the manuscript is Russian and most of the other coauthors are Finns. Among my contributions, I helped improve the readability of the paper by improving the English.

"Sometime, there is a less good English, please let the article read once more by a native English speaking person"

Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black. ;-)

Well, there's a taste of the snobbery of some reviewers have towards people who are not writing in their native language... Sometimes nothing is enough.

So, are you going to send the paper to someone who can speak that true native English?

I've told you you have a special accent !!!! is also very true that your scientific writing has a too high intelectual level and sometimes is not "dry" enough. You should finish the book you are writing!
