Dave in another part of Suomi, and Italy

Now that the book has been submitted, Dave and Yvette will be taking a well-earned vacation. We will be in Lapland, northern Finland, and Venice, Italy, for the next week and a half. No e-mails, no blogging. Just relaxation.
